These Terms cover use of Hollywood Memes Content Poster ("the App"), a desktop tool that publishes short video clips to TikTok using TikTok's Content Posting API.
Who the App is for
The App is intended for the Hollywood Memes operator to post content to their own TikTok account. It is not a public multi-user social product.
Acceptable use
- You must own or have rights to any video you publish
- You must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- You may not use the App to spam, harass, or post prohibited content
- You may not misuse TikTok API credentials or exceed TikTok rate limits
No warranty
The App is provided "as is." Publishing can fail due to network issues, TikTok API changes, account restrictions, or audit/privacy limits on the developer app.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hollywood Memes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App or from TikTok account actions taken after a post is submitted.
Changes
These Terms may be updated by revising this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
